How do I purchase tickets to a Spokane Chiefs game?
Tickets can be purchased over the phone with the Spokane Chiefs at (509) 535-7825, or by coming down to our office during office hours. Tickets can also be purchased through Ticketswest by calling (800) 325-7328 or online at ticketswest.com.
How long do the chiefs games normally last?
The games usually last about 2 ½ hours
What are the Chiefs office hours?
Monday – Friday 9:00a.m – 5:00p.m.
All Game Days 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Sunday Game Days 9:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.
If I can’t make it to the game I purchased tickets for, can I exchange them for another night?
Individual game tickets cannot be traded for another game and all sales are final.
Is outside food/beverage allowed in the Arena?
Fans are not allowed to bring in outside food or beverages into the Arena.
Are fans allowed to take pictures during the game?
Professional cameras are not allowed in the Arena. You may take pictures with a non-professional camera, but the flash must be turned off. Due to increased security, all bags, backpacks and purses will be checked at the door before entering the building.
Is there anyway to check an item at the game and pick it up after the game?
Yes, you can check an item at Guest Services and pick it up on your way out of the Arena.
WHAT TIME TO THE DOORS TO THE ARENA OPEN ON A GAME NIGHT?
The doors to the arena will open 1 hour before game time.
How much is parking?
Parking is $6 and is open 2 hours before each game.
Is there a smoking area at the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena?
The Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena is a tobacco free facility and does not have a smoking area.
Do the Spokane Chiefs offer any birthday packages?
Yes, the Spokane Chiefs do offer birthday packages. You can find these at spokanechiefs.com by clicking on the “TICKETS” tab and scrolling down to the “BIRTHDAY PACKAGES” link.
How do I get a name on the Arena LED Board if someone in my group is having a birthday?
Stop by guest services when you enter the arena and fill out the birthday sign up sheet. All birthday announcements will take place during the 2nd intermission.
What is the autograph policy?
Boomer the bear, the Chiefs mascot, will have an autograph session at the end of the 2nd intermission outside of section 118 on the concourse. The Spokane Chiefs players will have various small autograph sessions throughout the year with one full team autograph session towards the end of the season.
