Ticket Package Renewal
Thank you for your interest in renewing your Chiefs ticket package for the 2018-19 season! We appreciate your support.
This season, in an effort to make the ticket package renewal process easier and provide added benefits, we are introducing an online renewal portal.
To renew your seats, follow the instructions below. From the season ticket renewal letter sent to you from the Chiefs’ Ticket Department, you’ll need:
- Your Customer Number
- Your Online PIN

Activate Your Account
To activate your account, enter the Customer Number and Online PIN provided in your letter, then click “Activate”.
At the next screen, enter your account number or email associated with your account and your password. Click the “Sign In” button. If you have not previously created an online account, click on the “Register Now” button.
Click on the “2018/2019 Spokane Chiefs Season Package Renewals – New Application” link.
At the Renewable Items page, you will be able to review your seat locations and amount due. In the Comments field under Special Requests, you can add or drop tickets and request seat location changes. Select your payment plan and click “Add To Cart”.
From the Shopping Cart, you can review your package by clicking the “View Application Details” link, release or remove your order, or continue to the payment screen by clicking on the “CHECKOUT” button.
To complete the process, enter your credit card information and click on “Place Your Order”! You should receive an email confirmation.
If you do not receive an email confirmation (allow a few minutes for processing), please contact the Chiefs’ Ticket Office at 509-535-PUCK to confirm your renewal.
