This unique policy allows you to exchange any unused game tickets in your ticket package for game tickets to any other 2008-2009 regular season game or to move your seats for that same game. Tickets can also be moved to a higher price level and are only charged the difference on the package price.

There are no fees or upgrade charges to exchange tickets for a game that has not been played. The only tickets subject to an upgrade charge are tickets from a game that has already been played being exchanged for lower level seats for a Saturday game. These tickets have an exchange value of $11.50 (upper level package price). Full season tickets, club tickets and suite tickets always retain their face value to exchange, regardless of the game date.

Tickets can only be exchanged by bringing the unused tickets to the Chiefs office or to the Chiefs box office on game nights. Ticket exchanges cannot be reserved by the Chiefs over the phone. Group tickets and walk-up tickets do not apply to this program.
