SWX to air Game Five of WHL Championship between Seattle and Winnipeg Friday

Spokane, Wash. — Friday’s Game Five of the WHL Championship series presented by Nutrien will be broadcast live on SWX Nonstop Local as the Seattle Thunderbirds and Winnipeg ICE battle it out for the Ed Chynoweth Cup and a berth in the 2023 Memorial Cup presented by Kia.

SWX Nonstop Local can be seen in Spokane over the air on channel 6.2 and on Comcast cable systems on channel 112.

SWX will also air Games Six and Seven, if necessary. Games will be broadcast on all SWX stations (Spokane, Yakima/Tri-City, Missoula, Great Falls/Helena, Butte/Bozeman and Billings).

The Thunderbirds currently lead the series 3-1 and have the chance to close it out Friday.

Game 6* (in Winnipeg) – Sunday, May 21 at 5:05 p.m. PT
