When does this season start? What is the schedule?
The 2021-22 regular season is scheduled to begin on October 2, 2021 vs. the Tri-City Americans. We anticipate the arena opening at full capacity for the 21-22 schedule. Ticket package holders can renew now to lock in their seats at the 2019-20 prices. The full 2021-22 schedule is also now available — online here.
Seating capacity, placement and policies are subject to change based on regional health restrictions. We will update our policies as frequently as possible to reflect the latest available information.
Are masks required? What about COVID vaccinations?
We follow all local, state and federal guidelines and mandates regarding indoor events. As of September 2, that means all fans five and older will be required to wear face masks at all times while inside Spokane Arena. We do not currently have a vaccine mandate. These policies will continue to be updated reflect the latest guidance from health experts and officials.

What is the status of my renewed ticket package? When will I get my tickets?
Packages previously renewed for 2020-21 season were automatically rolled into the upcoming 2021-22 season with the same seats and package type. New ticket packages are also currently on sale.
Chiefs ticket package holders can tentatively expect their ticket packages to be delivered to their TicketsWest account on Monday, September 13. As a reminder, all Spokane Chiefs tickets will be digital beginning this season, offering fans a quick, safe and convenient way to manage their tickets, all via TicketsWest. On the 13th, fans should check their email for a message from TicketsWest or access their account via ticketswest.com.
What about my pre-purchased parking passes?
Parking passes will remain as physical passes for the 2021-22 season. Fans who have pre-purchased parking passes as part of their ticket package can pick up their parking passes at the Chiefs’ home preseason game on September 22 or from the Chiefs’ Ticket Office during regular business hours beginning on September 23.
Are Flex Pack ticket packages available for the 2021-22 season?
Flex Packs are available for 2021-22. Redeeming your vouchers will be subject to availability, as always. We strongly encourage Flex Pack holders to exchange vouchers for tickets well ahead of the game you wish to attend.
When do single game tickets go on sale?
Single game tickets for the 2021-22 season are scheduled to go on sale on Wednesday, September 15 at 10 a.m. Single game tickets will be available in-person at the Chiefs’ Ticket Office at Spokane Arena, over-the-phone at 509-535-PUCK and online at ticketswest.com.
What about my tickets for the two games cancelled games from 2019-20 season?
Unused game tickets from the Chiefs’ canceled 2019-20 regular season games (March 13-14, 2020) will be eligible for early exchange beginning on September 13 at 9 a.m., before standard single game tickets go on sale on Sept. 15.
Fans can bring their unused game tickets to the Chiefs’ Ticket Office at Spokane Arena during regular business hours for direct exchange to any unclaimed seat to a 2021-22 regular season game, based on availability. The Spokane Chiefs thank you for your patience and support in holding on to those unused tickets!
Fans can also donate their unused tickets to essential workers via the Frontline Forward Program!
How will the Never-A-Wasted Ticket program work for the 2021-22 season?
The Chiefs understand the value of the Never-A-Wasted Ticket benefit. We will do our best to exchange unused tickets subject to availability. We strongly encourage package holders to attend the games included in your ticket plan or exchange tickets well ahead of time.
Do you offer a payment plan for ticket packages?
Yes! The Chiefs offer a 0% interest payment plan for all ticket packages. Standard payment plans are invoiced in six equal monthly payments, but payment plans are flexible to provide the best service possible to all ticket package holders.
Is the Chiefs’ Ticket Office open?

Will you be offering groups/party areas at Chiefs games for the 2021-22 season?
We are currently scheduling groups and party areas for the season. These spaces fill fast, so call a Chiefs’ ticket executive ASAP if your group is interested in reserving a spot or getting on a wait list.
