A reminder for all Chiefs fans who have downloaded the Chiefs’ Mobile App presented by Numerica Credit Union: rewards points will reset for the new season on Monday!
The Chiefs’ Mobile App received an update just before the home opener on September 30, updating the look, improving the user experience and making the rewards store more dependable.
In order to maintain the rewards store and make all rewards accessible to new users in the future, rewards points will reset each season. With the late update just before the home opener, as announced on social media and at the Chiefs’ first three home games, all rewards points from last season will reset after this weekend (on October 9).
All current users will receive 100 bonus points following the reset to get you started for the 2017-18 season, as a thank you for downloading and supporting the Chiefs.
To utilize your current points, be sure to download the update from the iOS or Google Play store and log in using the same credentials used for your account previously. Click the “SHOP” button and choose your reward! You will receive an email with a unique code to cash in your reward with a link to instructions on where to redeem each prize.
Having trouble? Some common fixes:
- Check your account email address and make sure it’s the account you are checking.
- Check your Junk/Spam folder. Rewards emails often get filtered out.
- If your points are not showing up (before Monday, October 9), confirm you are logged in using the same information as used last season.
If you are still experience problems, click the side menu in the app (in the top-left corner) and click “Support” to send an email describing your issue.
